1. Agreement
By creating an account, installing a NetYield client or using NetYield services, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and authorization to share bandwidth from every connection or device you enroll. You may not enroll third-party networks without permission.
3. Provider service
NetYield may route eligible third-party traffic through provider connections. You control whether your client is running. NetYield may suspend or restrict a device for security, policy, quality or legal reasons.
4. Earnings
Earnings are based on verified billable usage and the rates assigned to your account or endpoint. Rates may vary by endpoint class, country, quality, commercial agreement or time. Being connected does not guarantee traffic or earnings.
5. Accounting
NetYield's validated accounting records determine billable usage and provider earnings, subject to correction of clear technical errors, fraud, duplicate events, chargebacks or abuse.
6. Payouts
Provider payouts are currently requested in USDT on the Solana network. You are responsible for supplying a correct Solana wallet address and for taxes applicable to your earnings. NetYield may apply minimums, fees, verification, compliance review and processing windows. A syntactically valid address does not prove wallet ownership, and blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use NetYield to facilitate unlawful activity, interfere with service operation, falsify traffic, manipulate accounting, evade restrictions or compromise other systems.
8. Security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices. Notify NetYield promptly of suspected compromise.
9. Availability
Services are provided subject to maintenance, network conditions and third-party dependencies. No uninterrupted availability or minimum traffic level is promised unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Suspension and termination
NetYield may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, security risk, legal requirements or material network harm. You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to outstanding obligations.
11. Intellectual property
NetYield software, branding and service components remain the property of their respective owners except where expressly licensed.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Liability limitations must be finalized for the governing jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
