Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy protects NetYield providers, customers, infrastructure and the wider internet ecosystem.

Prohibited activity

NetYield must not be used for unauthorized access, credential attacks, malware distribution, denial-of-service activity, exploitation, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraudulent transactions, harassment, illegal content distribution, copyright infringement, evasion of sanctions or access controls, or activity that violates applicable law.

Restricted network behavior

Automated scanning, abusive crawling, SMTP delivery, attacks against authentication systems and traffic targeting private, loopback, link-local or otherwise protected address space may be technically blocked or subject to additional approval.

Enforcement

NetYield may rate-limit, block destinations, quarantine endpoints, preserve relevant security records, suspend accounts or cooperate with lawful requests where necessary to protect the network.

Send abuse reports with timestamps, destination information and relevant evidence to support@netyield.io.
