This Privacy Policy describes how NetYield processes personal data when you use our websites, provider applications, dashboards, APIs and related bandwidth-sharing services.
2. Data we process
We may process account identifiers, contact details, authentication and security information, IP addresses, device and operating-system information, approximate network/geographic metadata, ASN and ISP information, endpoint classification, relay/session state, usage/accounting records, payout information including a saved Solana wallet address and payout transaction identifiers, support communications and technical logs.
3. Why we process data
We process data to provide and secure the service, authenticate devices, route eligible traffic, calculate usage and earnings, process payouts, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your location, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or compliance with legal obligations.
5. Network metadata
When a provider device connects, NetYield may determine and store the public IP address and network metadata associated with that connection. This information is required for network selection, classification, security and accounting.
6. Sharing
We may disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, security, payment and professional-service providers as necessary to operate NetYield, and to authorities where legally required. We do not represent customer traffic destinations as endorsements by NetYield.
7. Retention
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention periods should be finalized in your production policy.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and network data, including authenticated devices, encrypted transport where configured, access controls and audit logging.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a portable copy of certain data.
10. International transfers
NetYield infrastructure may operate in multiple regions. Appropriate safeguards should be documented where personal data is transferred across jurisdictions.
11. Children
NetYield is not intended for individuals who cannot legally enter into the service agreement in their jurisdiction.
